The sheath is leather and yes, it has a boot clip.

What is the width of the blade at its widest?

It is exactly 1 inch wide where the blade meets the guard (and the guard is 1 1/2 inches wide).

Is the point on this dagger good? The blade is not to be sharpe like a bayonet it does more damage dull than sharp but will the point pirce a body??

It is 440 Stainless Steel so yes, it is good. I wouldn't know on piercing a body and of course it shouldn't be used for injuring someone.

Can you order this knife with out the sheath?

Sorry no, it comes boxed with the sheath. You can always throw the sheath away if you do not need it.
