Easy assembly and fits my Exo Terra tank
The product arrived quickly and both packages were delivered at the same time ( “legs” come in a separate box). The assembly was super easy but you will need a hammer to get the “feet” into the bottom of the support rods. I got the 36x21x36 rack and was able to fit my 36x18x18 Exo Terra tank, although just barely, and if the rack was any less deep it wouldn’t fit at all. So if you’re getting this for a big item like a vivarium make sure to order the rack that is at least a few inches either deeper or wider than what you’re placing on it

Heavy Duty
Despite very poor packaging for the weight of the product shipped this is the Best wire shelving system I have ever purchased! Extremely heavy duty quality materials compared to any Big Box retail Wire Shelving that I own. I currently Have 6 other competitor units and this is hands down the best which would reflect the higher price point. I had to contact the seller because of a tracking concern and received excellent communication.

Top shelf.. shelves!
You are going to need a hammer... or a mallet at least. The poles were shipped separately and came a few days early. Inside are 4 coated really high quality feeling poles, with a foot insert for each. Each foot has a screw which will be used to balance if needed. Remove the screw, get on a solid floor or concrete surface and hammer the screw mount into the base of the pole. This was LOUD. Drive it in all the way to match.Once you have the base in, re-screw in the feet. Do NOT hammer the foot(s), you’ll potentially do damage to the softer plastic foot part. Keep your mallet around though you’ll need it later to ensure the shelves are snug on the sleeve holder thingys. The poles are marked with numbers to help you keep it all lined up.Those sleeves are higher than other quality too. With an arrow up to keep you honest. Very nice.Once the shelves came in I was reminded of the level of quality. Really nice soft coated feel as compared to some standard chrome shelving I have installed over the years. There are some clear branded stickers on two of the corners for each shelf, can be removed but I had to use an alcohol pad to clean off the gunk residue. They also have a branded plastic label for each shelf. I left it on for now. Looks nice. Finally, I love the options in sizes too. I purchased the 4-foot-long shelves with 14 inch poles to add shelving directly on top of a 6-foot work bench. Pro tip, unless on the floor use the very lowest rung on the pole. You can slide papers or tools or a laptop under it. And leave one space up top if you can. Each corner pole can be used as a holder for bags, cords, cables hat/coat hook depending on height.

Sturdy but
Horrible assembly. The adjustable feet were not preinstalled so we had to get out a hammer (rubber mallet was not enough) and silicone spray to install the feet. The plastic split ring shelf locks are three different types and do not all stay together or in place. The shipment (I bought three sets) came in several boxes over about a week and parts were packed in the wrong boxes. I got the legs for two shorter units packed in the box with the shelves from the larger unit, a separate small box of split ring shelf supports, two boxes of shelves with rings and finally, today, the long posts for the larger shelf unit. The tracking info did not break down the shipment into components so I wasn’t sure if I was missing items or if they were coming separately. One set of instructions was included and I could not find instructions or tips for the feet online. The instruction sheet looked like it was for a completely different item (a wheeled cart) but on the lower half of the backside the skimpy instruction for the shelf assembly was added. They took much longer than necessary to assemble because of the feet and because the rings wouldn’t stay together or in place.I am not impressed. If these fall apart on me because the shelf support rings fail I’ll be really peeved. The shelves themselves and the posts seem made of sturdy metal. These ship from Buffalo, NY but the boxes state made in China.

Working just like I needed.
So far I've purchased 3 of these. One rack took a little longer to assemble since 2 metal inserts did not fit into the bottom of the rods, but after contacting the seller they were able to send me the replacement parts I needed without any issues.I've been using them to hold heavy 40G & 20L snake terrariums for about 3 months so far with no complaints. Would happily buy from them again.
