IONIX Duo Tank filteration system for Whole house water filteration system, Dual Filter setup with Sediment, Sclaing & Hard water treatment (Duo tank filteration system 1.5 Inch Inlet outlet)

Good water softener 70% effective only.If you wants clean and clear water you should prefer it.

This is my unbiased honest review of the Ionix Treo Filtration system that I installed at my premises. Living in an area where we rely only on ground water that is rich to very rich in mineral salts certainly deserves some sort of filtration. I faced the below problems before installing the filtration system:1) Disruption of water flow into the washing machine inlet several times for each wash as salt would accumulate at the inlet2) Lots of salt watermarks on the car wind shields when I washed. No matter how much I wiped clean, I would see lots and lots of white patches on the glass3) Our plastic buckets would get coated with white salt within every few days of cleaning4) Lots of salt deposits in the overhead water tankI feared, one day my water heater in the bathrooms were going to get clogged. I read the reviews, took a chance and just bought Ionix Treo and installed. Voila! almost immediately, we started to see the results :). It was really amazing. From that day onwards, we never had water block at the washing machine water inlet - didn't open the inlet to clean afterwards. For my car, now I'm directly using the tank water for cleaning and I don't see any patches on glass. Our plastic buckets are always clean without any salt deposits.As for cleaning, here is a tip that I learnt. I removed each filter and just sprayed a jet of water to clean. This works well. Didn't spend much time. I did the cleaning only once in the past 3 months.There was no much doubt during installation as the installation steps given at Amazon site was already very clear. The video helped me a lot.The company provides excellent support after sales. I had a problem with the pressure guage. I reported the problem on Amazon and the Ionix support contacted me and replaced it very quickly. It works very well now. The after sales support is certainly something that needs to be appreciated.One more point I want to mention. The filtration system is quite flexibly designed. The default design and instruction is keeping in mind that the motor/water inlet is on the left side. In our case, I have the water inlet in the right as my motor is on the right. I just had to configure the top supporting plate and swapped the first and third filters accordingly. That's it. It is that simple.

Have been using this product for last 2 years. No issues yet. Though I haven't installed this replacement kit, but it has been a good experience so far.Kitchen, Washroom pipes are clean. Less sediments and Iron deposits now. Also, noticed that the Aquaguard filter (installed long time back) requires less clearing. There is barely any sediment or any deposites even after 6 months.

After installing this filter we have visible difference in the water quality. It is bit tricky to install so requires a skilled and understanding plumber. They provides all the information is a quite good diagrams and guide but make sure that your plumber understands this else he can create a mess.Once installed it not more maintenance. And the scaling in the water is completely gone.

I have been using this product for the last 7 months. Overall the product is a decent buy and easy to use. Following are some inputs:Pros: 1. Easy to use, fit and forget type. No periodic maintenance required (except for filter cleaning/changes which would only after few months of use.) 2. Great service: The owner is very responsive, easy to reach and helped in the installation of the product through video call. Also promptly sent the replacement for the defective pressure guage, casing cap.Cons: 1. Installation took some time. Main reason was the pressure guage was not fitting properly and also the filter cap was not threaded well. 2. Does remove the impurities and i think the scaling is also being addressed to some extent but not completely. I still see white patches forming on bathroom fittings which need to be scrubbed every week to remove them.

Very much disappointed as no water softener granules were included with the kit.

I bought the filter nearly one year ago. The overhead tank is filled from well water. Since the well is always open, the water is contaminated by frogs or leaves or other insects. The water also turned light green. After using the filter we get clean and clear water. There is a significant visible change in color I noticed. I also installed a small UV light to kill the germs. Only problem is maintaining the water. We call plumber always for removing the tanks and cleaning the filter. Otherwise filter is fine and working.
