Comfortable and effective !
I have up to 15 migraine days a month for the past 20 odd years . I've always used a pack of frozen peas as well as prescribed migraine meds to help ease the searing pain. I now have two of these migraine caps they are soft comfortable adjustable to fit and stay cold for about an hour and a half so I have one in freezer all the time they come a good food safe storage bag to put in freezer. I have to say it's probably the best cooling migraine relief I've ever used it does not move, very comfortable and not too heavy! and it works! ice packs surround the whole of the head. Nothing negative to say about this item I wish I had got it way before now. You don't need to buy more expensive options . This one is just perfect!

Not cold for long enough
Doesn't stay cold for very long but comfy to wear and comes with a sealable bag to keep gel part in fridge so no fridge smells

Short term pain relief
Weight of this is great & it's soft & comfortable. Not terribly effective though. I put in the fridge for over 2 hours. Pain relief was minimal, maybe 15 minutes, so next time I put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. It was cooler but still didn't last for long, however, it says you're only supposed to use short term. Not great when you have a pounding headache.

Great for my partners migraines
Bought this for my partner who suffers from severe headaches and migraines to the point where medication doesn’t work.I saw this I thought why not give this a try and my god it worked wonders.He said his head was pounding but within 5 minutes of having this on is calmed down dramatically.Highly recommend you can take the ice packs out and place them in the fridge or freezer as well as the microwave, I haven’t used it in the microwave but I’m guessing it will be just as good.

Great for short periods of time
I love this for when I have a bad headache, the Velcro is good and it stays flush to my head. The only problem is it feels like it goes warm again very quickly, so only good for short bursts of time. It’s good while it lasts though!

Fantastic piece of kit
My wife suffers terribly from migraines, she swears by this little thing .... we bought two, one on cool while one is on her head, cooling her temper ;)

Advice for sufferers of pressure headaches
if you have a pressure headache like me dont buy this productit makes it far worse
