Bought this based on advice from a Physiotherapist and other reviews.The cover and strap keep the pack in place on my shoulder well. I have only used it as a cold pack (chilled in the fridge) so can't comment on using it as heat pack.

This works well but can feel a little bulky if you wear a tightish t.shirt the heat pad is a great addition and doe's help with easing pain. Make sure instructions are followed to the latter as the heat pad could be dangerous if used incorrectly

Stays in place we'll but I found it too heavy for a very painful shoulder. Found it too heavy for me to apply myself

I was a little unsure when I first put the support strap on, but the cold effect seems to really help the injury and it was fairly comfortable to wear, I just think it would be difficult to wear alot or whilst excersicing, but I am happy to use it from time to time with shoulder injuries around the house to hopefuly aid recovery.

Good product does the job

I bought this for my partner who is receiving NHS physio for a shoulder neck injury.Unfortunately it was extremely difficult to get on and was very heavy with pack.If anything it aggravated the injury.Unless you are an athlete in peak condition with strong upper body strength I would not recommend this product.

Really good quality and worth the money.
