I’ve been taking these initially just to keep me healthy, I’ve lost a stone in weight, don’t know if it’s due to these tablets, but I’m sure they’ve contributed

Didn’t take these for weight loss took them to see if help with my digestion but ended up losing nearly a stone

This is a great product and seems to be working for me but I've noticed a lot of the capsules only half full. I think there should be some quality control when these being packaged to make sure that each capsule have got the right amount of ingredients.

My first week using was nothing change to my appetite, im still getting hungry after my meals. I decided to make it 2 tabs after meals and its working! Im not bloated anymore and never gets hungry. Very good appetite suppressant if u take 2 capsules after meal. ( i have 2 meals only in a day) But as recommended take 2 capsules a day. It depends how it works to you.

The info on these capsules says that as they get older they lose their efficacy (which I have only just noticed), the use by date is 08/22. which means that they are old stock.
