This is the 2nd time I purchased from this supplier because I love these magic hair sticks! They hold my hair up in a bun without leaving any crease in my hair. The wood sticks are nice and light, the metal ones are heavier and perfect for when I put my hair up while it's still wet. I've gone through so many different hair sticks. The other ones are too short or they are weak so they break or you need 2 of them for one hairstyle. These never break on me, they're long enough to keep the whole bun together and I only need one magic hair stick to hole up the whole bun. Love these.

I am purchasing these for the second time because I lost my first one after it being my go to favorite updo tool for a couple of years! This seller takes great care in his orders. The product is excellent. Smooth, beautiful, of good quality. Despite his warning that the sticks can and will break if you don't take care with them, I never had a problem with mine. The screw type cut on these makes it extra grippy. Holds all my hair (middle of my back) with one stick - no pokey hair pins needed! Surprise bonus hair stick included both times. (Thank you!) I have thin slick straight hair but I have a lot of long hair (to my waist). I have trouble putting my hair up in any way since it tends to slip out. It took me two times to get the hang of how to use these hair sticks. Once the sticks are placed in the hairstyle, the conical spiral helps tighten and hold the hair in place. I have been using these hair sticks for the past 2 months everyday. I put my hair up in the morning and don't have to do anything else until I go to bed. Fantastic buy.

My hair is on the thin side and with the spiral these not only look good but they hold the hair well and they stay put. The wooden one is perfect for casual wear, the aluminum is elegant enough for dress wear. I think the little hole at the top of the aluminum stick is interesting on its own but it also allows for attachment of silk flowers or other decoration.

I have very long, very thick hair that I usually keep tied in a knot and held in place with a pair of hairsticks. These lovely wooden ones can hold my hair just fine with only one stick! I do have to be careful, as with any wood sticks, not to use them as "levers" or when my hair is wet, as that can damage or warp them, but I've used them for over a week now and have had no problems. They work even better than the plastic ones I've tried over the years!

The perfect hair stick. The wood is smooth and sturdy plus the spirals keep it in place. I have ordered several styles of hair sticks over the past 6 months and they either slip or they're too short or too long. I have even broken a few of the plastic ones. Great product, just twist bun, then insert stick and DONE. JWL even gifted me a free aluminum one which was appreciated.

So beautiful and strong!! I have crazy thick hair and I break hair ties, clips and other hair sticks. These are up to the challenge. Also customer service from this craftsman is top notch!
