The unit will not pick up a cell signal. Tried it all over town. Terrible product.
Basically it doesn't work. It will not pick up a cell signal and hold it. Receivers in these must be very poor quality. I have 5 bars on my cell phone and zero on this device

Difficult to setup
Not easy to setup. I talked to Metropcs to activate the sim. It sort of does a self setup however it leaves a lot to be desired. I contacted the Company and got sort of a brush off. So all it's good for is to run the house phones although the chip has a hotspot it will not let me connect to internet which was one of the reasons I got it.I have a feeling with the other router I had ordered I would have had better luck unfortunately I have had this one for awhile now probably too late to return.

Disappointed
Works horrible on AT&T network (works great for a few days then goes completely down). Works amazing with T-Mobile service. Huge disappointment for AT&T... zero to no support....

Inserted SIM. Been trying to connect device all day. No connection with AT&T network.

It just works flawlessly
Just inserted a T-Mobile SIM card pulled from iPhone and now can connect tablets, iPads, laptops, alexia, Samsung TV, just canceled home cable internet.
