Reliable, compact, and amazing
I bought this over a little over 2.5 years and this is one of the best investments I’ve made. I work as a field engineer for an IT company and do jobs ranging from disassembling computers to installing network equipment on server racks or on the walls. Before I used to have to carry a power drill but thanks to this, it is once less thing. Installing/removing servers and network equipment on server racks requires a bit of power and this thing has not failed me thanks to its adjustable torque mechanism. Even on walls, I’ve been able to drill screws on studs perfectly fine though I would make sure it’s charged enough to avoid losing power. With usb-c charging, it’s made it one less cable for me to carry as all my devices (iPhone, laptop, etc) are all usb-c thunderbolt compatible. If it dies on me today, I’ll for sure buy another one again.

Handy and more torque than you'd think!
This little electric screwdriver has been super useful, definitely a good purchase! I bought it over a year ago and I've used it on all sorts of things, including a lot of the some-assembly-required stuff you buy on here. Shelves, side tables, and when I moved I even used it to take apart and reassemble a kitchen table. The adjustable torque is very handy! The low setting is great for light MDF and thin bamboo where tightening it too much can split the wood. The high setting can make quick work of pretty large bolts in hardwood (pre-drilled anyway, I haven't tried to use it on anything large and self-drilling in hardwood). On high it'll put out enough torque that it twists my wrist if I don't brace myself. The battery lasts a long time and I love that it charges with just a regular USB! I've used it pretty steadily for several hours at a time when building/reassembling stuff when moving and it only needed charging about once a day on even the heaviest use days. I should point out that it wouldn't charge on my Anker Nano 67W charger, but it charged just fine on an 11 year old 40W Anker charging hub. I haven't messed around to figure out why but just in case anyone else has this issue, try an older model charger, this thing isn't fancy and doesn't need super high speed charging. The various tips and the little box to store them all are enough for most of my needs, I'm sure I can add more tips if I end up needing them. For what it is, it's a great tool and I love it! It won't replace a cordless drill, but for light to medium duty tasks I'll take this over a heavy drill every day. I keep it in a drawer in the kitchen so I can grab it any time, it's my go to over both a regular screwdriver and my drill.

The best cordless screwdriver I've found! Absolutely love it!!
This is my favorite and most used tool now lol. The torque is great! I have rarely had to use a different screwdriver to get screws to loosen cuz this thing is strong! Waaayyy better than a ton of other kinds I've tried out and the battery life is amazing!! Ive had it for months now and only had to charge it once so far!

It’s great for “some assembly required” furniture building
This is a game changer for “some assembly required” furniture building. It’s also great for odd and end jobs that require a screw driver. It’s super easy to use. The battery does last a long time on a charge. It’s made very well. The storage box and bits are very good. I do wish it had a larger variety in standard and flat bit sizes. Super simple and easy to exchange and put bits into the screw driver. I would not think it would be very good at driving screws into a hard surface though, such as hard treated posts. There’s not enough torque for that. Over all though it’s a great cordless screw driver.

Perfect for home, office or work!
I’ve been using this for about 4 months now nonstop and it’s awesome. I like the feel in my hand when using it. It is durable as I’ve dropped it on several occasions without any issues. Very ease to use. The size is great when working in small spaces too. You can adjust the screw strength so not to over tighten. The versatility come with all the extra bits it comes with and the case. Great value as you get a case with extra bits. I’ve only had to charge this about 4 times now and it charges pretty fast.

Get this one
This has been a godsend for me at work. The battery lasts way longer than my last tool like this. This baby's got some serious torque too, great illumination, and the bit set is of great quality and so handy to have right in the same box. The unit itself is sturdy, the only thing that I would change really is the location of the control buttons but it's no big deal. I highly recommend this set.

Works for my intended purpose
Wanted a "drill down" type tool. Most tools have you holding them to screw into something (door, hinge, fence, etc.) however I wanted something for taking apart electronics, smaller items where the tip is down, and your holding it with your thumb up, but screw down. This one has the control button in a great location and actually had more power than I anticipated (was driving in some 2" screws) that had previously been installed. No it won't drive them into a new hole in oak, but that was not my intentions nor what I had purchased for. This came with a nice case, and bits that almost everybody could use. This would be a great small electronics unit that allows a more ergonomic use. Time will tell, but this seems well built, and the battery life has been great. I have not needed customer service so can't comment on that, but would not hesitate to buy this brand, from this seller again

Would buy again - as described
It works as described and I have used with success several times. But it would be even better if bits that came with were magnetic. Would buy again.

This is a brilliant tool and I wish I'd bought one long ago. I'm using it mostly to take apart and reassemble electrical and electronic gadgets, which often have a lot of long screws. The ability to work one-handed is excellent, and I love the forward/reverse switch – no need to engage a separate gear to change direction, as on my cordless drill. It's quite powerful for its size and I think it would work well for flat-pack furniture. The switch is sensitive, so you don't want the screwdriver rattling around loose in a tool bag. The box supplied is nice, if a bit bulky.
