Fit my size 11 On Cloud 5s perfectly—no cutting needed! Cushioning is excellent without changing the fit or adding height, and the slight adhesive keeps them in place. I’m not an athlete, but these high-quality insoles are super comfortable and even match the shoe colors. The gray sections even have a touch of adhesive that helps them stay in place, which I really like. Pretty good, but doesn’t last long
These were great for basketball for a few months but they wear out and break down inside after about 6 months of use, playing 3 days a week. Pretty good arch support and easy to cut into the right size.

Budget price high quality insole
I have tried a few different brands of insoles. I bought one of these and put them in my Pickleball shoes. I could definitely tell a difference after one day. After giving him a weeklong test run I have slowly been putting these insoles in all of my athletic shoes. They do help with fatigue in the ball of my foot area for being on my toes and split stepping while playing pickle ball. They alleviate the pain of constant starting and stopping. I usually play and six or seven match round robin events, and I can tell a difference at the end. They are definitely worth it. I replace the normal insoles and the shoes fit the same. The size range on these is very close and they are easy to fit the shoe. Love these things they are a game changer.

Greed ruined a decent insole...
Great "lightweight" barefoot insoles, until you DOUBLED the price!!I'm unable to wear barefoot shoes with flat soles, so I went with these. Not great, but just enough to be comfortable... Now a $13 insole is $25 2 months later.. Removed purchase after large price increase..

Don’t buy new shoes
The size fits most men shoes. Easily adjustable for women shoes which might be a little tighter. Immediately noticed the pain form running going away. It was better than buying expensive running shoes. I’ve already replaced the soles of my $150 running shoes with these and haven’t needed to buy a new pair after 100 miles of running.

Great basic insoles
I have been down the indoor rabbit hole of late, trying to find the best kind for my stability running shoes. The shoes provide support, so I’m not looking at orthotic insoles. Orthotics plus stability shoe equals overcorrection. Anyways…These insoles work well for jogging. Here’s why:1. They’re very soft with good energy return. Not hard or rigid at all.2. There is arch support but it’s not stiff or too high, which is what I want since my feet are fairly flat.3. They’re thick enough to get the job done, but not so much so as to make my shoes feel tight.4. I can feel the gel in the heel and forefoot providing rebound and cushioning. I have no foot pain if I jog with these in the shoes.5. The top cloth is moisture-wicking and doesn’t make my feet slip around.6. They are designed with a heel cup, instead of just a slab of foam under the heel. That contouring helps stabilize my feet during the gait cycle, controlling unwanted side-to-side motion.7. They’re a good value. They’re well constructed and seem like they’ll be very durable, extending the life of my jogging shoes. With these, I’m hoping to get a solid year of jogging out of those shoes (possible, since I only use them for jogging).All told, this is a great product for those of us who need extra cushioning and a little arch support added to our shoes for athletic activity. It’s not a substitute for an orthotic when one is needed, but I do think it’s the best product of its kind.
