Frustrating assembly, robust and reliable support
I'm a big guy. I tend to break those pansy single-post office chairs with all their adjustable levers and dials — since when do chairs require a manual? I ordered this because I believe chairs should have four legs, and I like as much metal in the frame as possible. So far I've been wheeling around on this in my home office for about 4 months now, and haven't had a moment's trouble. It's solid, it's strong, the wheels work (when my dog isn't wrapped around them), and that's all I could ask for. Oh, and it's reasonably comfortable, as long as you keep your legs more-or-less straight (the front vertical bars preclude too much spread from source). One note: I've been a home-owner for 25 years and assembled my share of IKEA, bedframes, even built a deck and a treehouse. This chair was one of the most obnoxious assemblies I can remember, although we got there in the end. Allocate some time for it, and maybe have a second pair of hands (and eyes) around should you get stuck. Worth the trouble though.

Not assemble-able...
It would take superhuman strength to get this chair to bend enough to get the screw holes to align so it can be put together. Obviously the first purchaser, who returned this, couldn't get the screw-holes to line up any better than I can. So the seller just repackaged it, minus the allen's wrench, and put it back up on Amazon for me, an old woman, to attempt to assemble. It looks like a great chair...if only it could be assembled.

Only stack 4 high
These are comfortable chairs but I needed them to stack on top of each other to save floor space. As they stack the upper one sits forward of the one beneath. I thought that would be okay but the way the arms they only stack 4 high. This is a real bummer for me.

i order two chairs only one showed up so I'm bite upset there is no information as to when the second chair is coming I'm a very upset The product sits very well and comfortable it seem well built. One of the wielded fasteners had burr which caused it to cross thread Screw . if you don't have the tools to fix that problem, your up the creek without a paddle!!!!!!!!!
