OtterBox 77-80500 for Microsfot Surface Duo, Theorem Series - Black

I decided to take a punt on this even though there are mixed reviews on YouTube. Having a forward facing camera and a dual screen will always be problematic for a case while taking photos. This case works - just. The clever half fold allows taking photos and answering phone calls to happen but it still takes some getting used to.Where this case works well is that with the pen holder and it’s size, you can’t help but to start using the phone as more of a notebook. I used to have an A5 notebook for handwritten notes but have noticed that I don’t use it all now - instead I use the pen to write notes on OneNote the high I now use more than ever.

Good and needed case for my Surface Duo and Slim pen 2. Both fit well, although given the reviews about fitment with bumper on, I turned my Duo around so it opens to the right. That adheres perfectly and the bumper stays on. Two issues are, using the Duo when taking a call is awkward, to fold back the right screen but manageable, secondly the edging of the case is starting to peel away. Other than that it's just fine.

This case for the form factor of the Duo is perfect.

One of the few cases for the surface duo but it mantiains the beneffits I would expect from Otter box and is a good case.

Adds little niceness to the phone, all in one place safe.

People are complaining about how the adhesive pad isn't very sticky. I believe that it is made from something like nanobubble tape pad. It has microscopic pits on the surface which suction the glass backing of the duo. The grip is good enough where it hasn't come off accidently. This style of adhesive makes it so you can pull the surface from the case when you want and stick it back when you're done. If the pad gets dirty you can just clean it with a lint free rag and a little soap and water and it gets sticky again.I have a leather texture skin on my surface and the sticky pad still holds it fine.After figuring that part out, I love the case. It's protective and can be easily removed when I find it encombering or too bulky. I reccomend this case in a land where there are so few good cases for the duo.

Although this cover is good looking and well made, it is not quite useful unless you only mean to use your Duo as a book. This cover only allows you to open your Duo in 180'. In most cases, you want to use only 1 display - this device has only tiny, weak battery which, if feeding two displays, dies pretty fast.So it covers and protects your device, but does not allow you to use it the way you probably want.This is not to complain - I should have checked better before buying.

Utilisée tous les jours, protège très bien la surface duo mais pas du tout pratique pour faire les photos.Mais c'est la seule coque trouvée qui permet de plier complètement la surface duo a l'envers
