These wrist weights fit me well and don’t move while walking. They are light enough to lift arms for that extra workout.I like the tightly knitted Velcro with out the fuzzies. Hopefully that makes sense. Happy with my purchase.

I love these wrist weights for walking on the treadmill or doing my walking videos. I avoid high impact exercise to save my joints, so the extra weight makes any low impact exercise I do more intense. This company also makes a weighted belt, which is amazing as well. If you need to intensify your workout but can’t do all of the jumping movements that are normally suggested, this really works!

I have been working out for 40 years and have never used wrist weights because they are too bulky and slide on my small (7") wrists. THESE ARE PERFECT! Very slim, easy to put on and they don't slide! It took me hours to find these, highly recommend for those of you with small frames.

My husband has shakey hands and these helped him with eating by steadying his hands.

Bands were too heavy to use.

These are real nice, low profile, wrist weights. I use these when I play beat saber and I can really feel it in my shoulders.I have skinny wrists and sometimes feel a bit of pressure from the weights against my wrist bone when first putting these on but I don’t notice it after starting the game. They stay in place very well even though my arms are flailing all over the place while I play.I have the previous version also and like how those were even lower profile, but these are much easier to get on with the Velcro.
