SKYVAST New Laptop Battery for Apple A1280 A1278 MacBook 13" Only for 2008 Version - 12 Months Warranty

I found this batter for an Apple MacBook Pro after my existing battery swelled and failed. In the past I have not had much luck with third-party batteries but this has been an exception. The time to charge feels quicker than others and it retains a charge so much longer even when my laptop is tucked away for travel. I've bookmarked this battery and seller in case I ever need another replacement. Great product!

Died almost exactly 12 months after purchase. Reset SMC, pushing button just blinks lights ... as if no battery at all. MacBook plugged in almost 100% ... should've survived much longer.Actually - even though my order says it was this battery, the brand on the battery is Sikerlike. It did fit and initially function fine.The company reached out so at least they care about reviews.

Got this for my MacBook 13" MacBook5,1 but had a problem charging.*** UpDate ***Was contacted by the vendor (Skyvast) and they were VERY helpful with my problem. I received a replacement battery and NOW my laptop is working well and the battery is charging FINE 100%. I was very pleased with their Customer Service and I can honestly adjust my original review to 5 (Stars). This product looks Excellent.

It fits correctly into a 2008 Macbook I'm rehabbing, gets about 2 hours. Apple battery reports it as "Service Soon" despite being brand new. It's more than usable for a secondary rehab machine, but you might consider a different product if its a primary computer.

This battery has been working well in my old late-2008 Macbook. The previous battery would not hold a charge at all. This battery is allowing me 3+ hours of work in a single charge. Great battery.

Good price, was available for same day shipping prime so you can't go wrong. With batteries 'only time will tell' so If it loses capacity or dies before the warranty runs out, I'll be back to update
