My daughter was using the OralB Elmo toothbrush, but it was still big for in her 24-month-old mouth, and occasionally she would say "ouch". We just got this one, and it's nice and small head. She still loves to suck the toothpaste off, but no more "ouch" when we use it to brush. The bristles are soft, and the head size is perfect for her.
