I use these bands now in my older age (56) and they are better than weights. Bought my first pair from Sports Authority. The band lasted a few years before it snapped. Bought this latest one and I like it better. The resistance is greater and I get more out of it. Builds muscle mass while keeping me sinewy and flexible. I use it before I play tennis to warm up my pecs and shoulders. Don't know how long it will last. Only had it a month now. But, so far so good!

I already had the green band of higher resistance. This red band is just the right amount of resistance to add a bit to the green. Id guess on my 6'2" body it helps me lighten up about 10 pounds on the pull up bar. Like all bands, the resistance will be greater the further stretched it is. I counter that by curling my legs up as I lower my body. This is a great help with at home exercise. Comes with a basic instruction sheet and a few ideas.

Probably because I’ve been too ill to be “with it” I thought this would be wider more like the ribbon type bands but it’s long enough to do leg work which I wanted. I can’t evaluate how sturdy it will be over the long run but I think it should hold up well for my purpose. Loop handles will be a nice feature.

I've been doing bodyweight workouts for a while, and rings were my most recent investment before this red band. (NOTE: This order only brings you the red band. I also ordered the purple one separately.) I wasn't going to be able to use the rings during the winter, and I don't have either a gym membership or a fancy at-home gym—the red (and purple) band(s) were going to be part of my winter workout solution.Two Youtube fitness instructors, Bruce Willow and AlphaDestiny, gave me multiple reasons for this lightest band.Willow noted that the red band is great for training joints and smaller muscle groups: triceps, biceps, shoulders, upper back, and even pecs a bit. My back has always felt difficult to warm up and train, but I could already feel a lot of blood flow and tension after my first use of the red band. I also have slightly hypermobile elbows, so full extension usually leads to discomfort. AlphaDestiny has very hypermobile elbows and said that using this red band to develop connective tissue work had helped him to overcome the limitations of his hypermobility. Thus far, my elbows have felt fine—might take a few more weeks to testify to real potential of it, though, for that use.Essentially, this band sort of killed 4–5 birds with one stone: it expanded the possibilities for my winter routines, it's great for joint and back work (the former for all fitness levels, the latter for beginner and intermediate folk), it's great for warming up, it seems to be benefitting my hypermobile elbows, and it's easy to take on travels!If the band breaks anytime soon, I'll try to post an update or edit this post. Overall, I would recommend this!

These are good quality, and I would buy these again.

I was looking for days all over Amazon for a resistance band set that is solid with a fair price. Let me tell you. Don’t look no more. POWER GUIDANCE are just the best in the market. I will definitely buy again from this company.

Just received band to use to help with pull ups. My old one broke. So far, it works great, time will tell how long. I don’t anticipate any problems. Looked at a lot of different bands, went with these because of good reviews and price. There are other helps for pull ups but some people said they didn’t work as well the closer you got to the bar when doing a pull up. Chose the bands because I knew that wouldn’t be an issue.

I have bought 4 of these in the last month. I have used it and was so impressed with it during my working outs that I have purchased additional bands for my Father and two co-workers. All of these bands are not the same. I have purchased bands from different companies in the past to compare them. They don't all have the same type of elasticity or range. The POWER GUIDANCE brand is very impressive. I use mine every day. I primarily use mine for a lot of core workouts so, it's really getting some heavy use. I plan on purchasing more of thicker bands as my strength increases...almost ready for the black one.

It broke after one week and I never got the refund. It was the second one I bought from them because the first one was pretty good and I still use it to this day. The second one came unbranded but the first one was branded power guidance so maybe that’s why the second one broke so fast. Because of that I’m am not buying from them anymore so I don’t recommend it.

Arrived on time. The bands are OK but not as nice a feel as others I have purchased previously.

I bought the red one and it seems like it's quite durable and allows for a whole range of exercises and stretches.
