I have had a sore throat for days. So bad it felt like razor blades every time I swallowed. I tried everything I used in the past and nothing helped for longer than an hour or two. I was desperate I wasn't able to get to the doctor so I began looking on Amazon for throat sprays and ran across this medicated gargle. I'm not going to lie the taste really is awful but not gagging awful and you don't swallow it so I gargled with it twice the first day I got it and I will say there was at least 60% improvement on my throat and I gargled with it the following day in the morning when I got up and so far it's 1:30 in the afternoon and I really don't have any pain and in fact the gland in my neck is also feeling better than it was. I would recommend this to anyone despite the flavor because it works and I couldn't be more elated because I feel 100% better today after using this.

So a common side effect in it will burn your taste buds off. It's not worth it. I had a sore throat for two weeks and I tried this. Yeah I am sure it did help but my mouth was completely messed up for another week
