I’ve been a most-of-the-time Vegan for over half of my 62+ years of life, so far. I have quite a collection of cookbooks, and when I went through this one, I had to have it. It is full of great recipes and information. It’s a real winner and I highly recommend it. I even bought and sent a copy to my son. He’s not a vegetarian, but does enjoy a good plant based meal more often than not. He is a classical pianist who travels a lot and is often a guest of others preparing his food. This book will simply be another very useful tool for his busy life.Enjoy

Great recipes for people new to "plant forward" eating!
This book is great for beginner "plant forward" chefs like me. The recipes are clear, the ingredients are easy to find at most grocery stores, and the macros are helpful if you're tracking your diet.I like the variety of recipes. Truly something for everyone. More importantly, they allow for the inclusion of meat if that's your preference. I would definitely recommend this book to someone trying to eat healthier!

Good Baseline Diet
I have switched a mostly plant-based diet over the past 18 months and was looking for additional options to try. This is a good baseline dies if you want the plant-based foundation, but still want to add meat in every so often. I have used this book on a weekly basis for options I haven't found in other sources. It was good purchase.

The recipes are great and makes it easy for a meat eater to eat more vegetables.
