Very easy to use. Picture quality is very good on stills and Prime videos. ### ⭐ Terrible *by Q***1 on November 23, 2022* This thing does not do what it says. The product description says it plays from usb hard drives but when you plug one in it doesn’t even recognize it. There is also no Bluetooth in this unit and a Bluetooth chip is not recognized either. If you look this exact unit on YouTube up it says it has Bluetooth support but this one doesn’t. This exact unit is supposed to support usb hard drives in various formats and supposed to support various codecs for playing those files but once again it does not even see the drives. I bought this unit to play movies from my external hard drive and to play them with Bluetooth audio because my tv volume doesn’t work due to a broken remote control sensor. I can’t do either. Also because of no Bluetooth I can not connect a game controller to play emulated games. I am very disappointed to the point of pissed off. By the way the tech guys on Amazon are some idiots when I reached out for help with the USB port he said can I try another SD port. There is only one SD port on the device and I was talking about the USB ports not the SD card slot he said same thing, it is absolutely not the same thing.
