Great piece of equipment, only complaint is that it slips off the section designated to wind up the band into a spool. Is that comprehensible? Maybe I have bad form, but the rope sometimes slips away from where it is supposed to wind up, making its way to either hand, throwing off the balance of the weight. I remember using a homemade version, using a section of a broom stick, a metal loop fastened in the middle, a rope, and a carabiner to keep the weight plates from slipping off the rope. Does the same job and is an easy diy project. I like the quality and the comfort of the foam grips. Its good for people who prefer legitimate equipment rather than diy equipment, but the main appeal was the track to wind up the cable, which does NOT work as well as I had hoped.

I have been using this for years now and have had no issues with wear on the product but other then that it works as well as every other product of this nature... Hope this helps

Seems sturdy a nice grip for workout. Have arthritis in my hands and need to exercise them.
