As a kid we used to have a raspberry patch in which we enjoyed eating fresh raspberries and making jam. I really wanted to like this but the powder has a lot of clumps in it; shaking it will not break them up and you need a spoon to smash them against the container to mix them up. The best part of the powder is that it tastes like raspberries but mixing it in water makes a gritty sand like mixture. Looking at my 32oz container it is coated with crystals all over the container. I was hoping for a smoother mixture.

Flavor not as strong as we would have liked. Quality product, good choice for flavoring cold desserts.

I like the texture and especially the taste of the powder, but the main reason I bought the powder is because the berries are organic and grown in the US. We use the powder in smoothies.

In white chocolate buttercream cake frosting. Excellent raspberry flavor!

We make a fiber drink every day with psyllium husk powder, a superfood greens powder, and fruit powder. It's usually strawberry for the fruit, but I love raspberries so I thought I'd give this a try. It's very tasty. It's tart, but I love it. It blends easily, and it's the whole fruit. The raspberry flavor really comes through.I will definitely buy again, and I recommend it!
