Heavenly Dove Cake
This was my first Dove Cake, but definitely won’t be my last! Firstly, the delivery was very fast and it arrived the next day - so ideal for anyone ordering last min for Easter. The cake itself is huge, so great value for money. The flavour was perfectly balanced, and the texture was spot on - light and fluffy like a cloud, and not dry at all. I would eat this outside of Easter too, lovely with a cup of tea.

Incredibly moist and tasty
This panettone is so moist and tasty, it exceeded my expectations. Coming from an Italian immigrant family, I grew up having panettone as a staple at Christmas time. I chose to try the Mindful Bites because this is a vegan recipe and palm oil free. But I was quite taken by the delicious flavour and texture. It was shared with some people who had tried other panettones before and found them to be a bit dry - everyone was so surprised! We all loved it. The chocolate spreads are also delicious. And totally friendly to the planet! Amazing!

Italian dove cake
The whole family loved this cake. I bought it for the second time. A real treat for vegans and non-vegans. It tastes superb, looks lovely and the texture is heavenly.Full of chocolate and Italy!It's not only good for Easter but any special occasion.We don't have to worry about leftovers. :)

Nice flavour but a bit dry.
I have tried my fair share of pannetone and this one was a bit dry. I'm not sure if it was just a bad batch but lightly toasted and buttered improved the texture. Flavour is quite nice.

A little bite of heaven
This is an absolutely gorgeous product! I just dunked the cantucci biscotti into my tea and wow just wow! So delicious and fresh with the perfect amount of sweetness. A must try for coffee and tea lovers and I would definitely buy these delicious gems again! Thank you Mindful bites for hitting it out of the ball park yet again!

Perfect Easter Brunch addition
I’ve been a Mindful Bites fan for a while now and have bought this cake as a surprise for my vegan best friend as he loves the chocolate spreads and cantuccini. The cake is super fluffy, chocolatey and delicious and I can’t wait to get my hands on another one for our Easter brunch 👌🏻

You just wouldn't know it was Vegan
I bought this cake as a bit of a lockdown treat and what a treat it is. I don't think I have eaten any cake before that tasted so NOT vegan. The choc was creamy, the cake so moist. I will definitely be treating the family again this Easter.

Absolutely fantastic!
Had the chocolate panettone for Christmas, fed it to a bunch of non-vegans and everyone absolutely loved it. Tastes exactly like a non-vegan panettone and such high quality. Also very moist unlike a lot of panettones you get these days. Going to try everything else this company offers as the panettone was such a hit.
