Great Workout in a Small Package
This mini stepper is super sturdy and gives a surprisingly good burn for such a compact machine. The tension is adjustable and strong enough to challenge you. It’s comfortable to use, with smooth, easy movement, and it doesn’t feel too heavy to move or store. Great value for quick at-home workouts!

Compact and Effective Mini Stepper!
This mini stepper is perfect for quick, low-impact workouts at home. It’s compact, easy to store, and the included resistance bands add a nice upper-body challenge. The step motion is smooth and quiet, and the digital monitor helps track my progress. It’s great for staying active in small spaces, though it requires some balance since there are no handles. Overall, a fantastic, affordable way to boost daily movement!

Good mini workout for WFH! 👩💻
The media could not be loaded. Here’s the thing: I didn’t get this to lose weight. I work from home with a busy job and I got this for days where it’s too hot to run outside or too busy to commit to a gym session. For what I needed, this works great! Does actually give you a workout and I’m sweating within 15 mins. So I use it to do quick 15-30 min sessions throughout the day to keep my body moving. Even use it before bed at night, throw on under eye patches and use the stepper for a quick 15 min burn while I watch some shows or do work on my phone. It is sturdy, I have gotten to the edge of the shoe plate before thinking it’ll topple over and it didn’t. I felt safe using it.Perfect size. Easy to tuck away in a corner or under my desk. I was actually contemplating between getting a stepper or a walking pad for exercise and I’m happy I went with the stepper. The walking pad wouldn’t make me sweat this quickly so I feel like I’m burning more calories on the stepper. I’m using more lower body muscles. I sometimes lean forward a bit to target my glutes. The tension is definitely there which I appreciate since it’s not an easy, no effort workout. It does make you work your muscles and the twist targets some core muscles. The digital counter is off but I don’t care because I don’t use it. I just set a stopwatch on my phone and just keep going until I hit 15-30 mins. I let my watch or Oura ring count my steps. Speaking of that, even if I don’t start my workout on my devices, because my heart rate does get elevated and my body is moving, my watch and ring detects the workout no matter what. Which validates to me that it’s working. If you want an accurate step counter, this isn’t it. But if you don’t care like me, this works!I uploaded a video, it is quiet which I appreciate but you’ll start to hear squeaking when you pass 15 mins and that’s just because the hydraulic cylinders are getting hot. But it doesn’t bother me.One thing I didn’t see much written about is the hydraulic cylinders WILL overheat! So you have to limit your workout sessions to I’d say 30 mins max, then stop and wait for the cylinders to cool down before using it again. I didn’t know that when I bought it but it’s fine now cause now I just know to do 30 min max sessions throughout the day.So overall, I am happy with it for my needs. Hopefully I shed some insight into how it works and other things that are helpful!

What a workout!!
This stepper machine is absolutely fantastic! Has a very small footprint so it does not take up a ton of space, I love that it also has the resistance band so I can not only work on my legs but my arms as well! Came pretty much assembled, all I had to do was put the little turn knob on the front and make sure that the police string was in place and we were good to go! The steps have some pretty significant resistance so it will definitely give you quite the workout, once I hit the 50 to 60 step Mark I was really feeling the burn! Very sturdy build, made of quality materials, if you are looking into exercising again, or for the first time, I definitely recommend this as it's very easy to get into- you can put this in front of your TV and work out while you watch your favorite show, movie, or playing a video game even. Absolutely terrific value for what all you are getting!

Easy to use; great workout
I just bought this last week and have used it 4 or 5 times so far. I love it! It was easy to set up, and it comes with helpful instructions for assembling and using the device. It gives you a good walking workout if you can't or don't want to walk outdoors, making it very convenient to use while watching TV. The red knob allows you to adjust the range of motion to give you a smaller or larger step. I have the red knob set to the maximum range of motion to give me a larger step, but just keep in mind that your step count won't be as high as if you set the knob to a smaller range of motion.I have not yet used the app, as I'm a person that doesn't like to have to download an app and create an account for everything. But, I have been very pleased with the built-in computer screen on the machine, as it seems to do an effective job of tracking my steps taken, calories burned, and amount of time spent on the machine. Plus, it is also very easy to reset the computer at the end of your workout by simply pressing and holding the small red button on the screen. The machine seems to be durable and high-quality, so I expect that it should last for a while. Given the price, I'm not expecting this to last for years, but it seems to be a decent piece of workout equipment for the low price it is.I strongly recommend wearing shoes while using the machine, as opposed to using it in socks or bare feet. You'll likely slip if you just wear socks, and you may hurt your feet and toes if you use it in bare feet. If you misstep while getting onto the machine, it can hurt your feet. Don't make the same mistake I did, and be sure to wear shoes! :)

Great for most people. But Heavy and tight for People with limitations. Counter is wrong
The media could not be loaded. This is a pretty good stair stepper. It's quiet and comes pretty much fully assembled so nothing to put togetherThere is a knob that tightens or loosens but if you are just building back mobility it may not be loose enough because even on the lowest setting it is really tightAs other people mentioned the step counter is way off. I'm in closing a video where I take 10 steps and it only counts fourIt is also very very heavy so just keep that in mind if you have mobility issues
