J&B XpandaHose 75ft Expandable Garden Hose – Ultra-Strong 3750D, 4-Layer Latex Core, Brass 3/4" Connectors, 10-Pattern Nozzle & Storage Bag – Lightweight, Kink-Reducing, Leak-Resistant

We purchased 100 and 150ft XpandaHoses at the first of the year and have been so pleased! We use them regularly and find that they are light weight, easy to carry and easy to roll back up without getting tangled. The hose itself definitely appears to be very durable and has 3/4-inch brass connectors, not cheap metal or plastic ones like a lot of the "expandable" hoses sold at big box stores. My husband used the 150ft one while pressure washing the driveway and it was SO much easier to move around than a regular garden hose. Unfortunately the brass on/off valve on the connector broke off during the process, not sure if it was from the vibrations on the pressure washer or what... So why do I still give it 5 stars? Because of the LIFETIME WARRANTY and EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I got a prompt reply to my email and a prompt delivery of a brand new hose to our doorstep. Highly recommend this business--not too many companies out there with customer service like this nowadays. And highly recommend this hose, it's been a game changer for us. We've been through so many different types of water hoses over the years, and feel that we have thrown money down the drain as they've cracked or split open. The price on these hoses is reasonable when you know you're dealing with a company willing to back up the product for a lifetime.

So I heavily used this great hose for seven years! I did take care of it... never left it full of water and stored it out of the sun, as directed. Just this week it sprung a leak. I have loved it, compacts nicely in a pot on the patio, that I went to Amazon to buy it again. I noticed it had a lifetime warranty so I contacted the seller via Amazon. Two days later, a perfect replacement is on my porch. Amazing!!! Get. This. Hose!

Long over-due review. This is a great product backed by a great American company. They 100% back their life-time warranty and are quick to respond. The product itself is also miles above the flexi-hose. I've had 3 broken flexi-hoses with no warranty before I decided to make the switch. J&B's XpandaHose is durable, light weight, and has the perfect amount of pressure. Looking forward to many years backing this company!

The positives; very lightweight and easy to handle, doesn't knot up, truly kink-proof which is why I bought it, attractive covering. The negatives; the "75 foot" size is about 20 feet long and if you pull on it like you're pulling an unwilling earthworm out of its hole, and stretch it, you might be able to get it to 75' but not around a corner. I couldn't. And you have to babysit it, you must hold the hose to water, you can't just pull it to where you want water, set it down and walk away, because it's a Slinky toy and will spring right back to 20'. That was almost comical. But I like the kink-proof factor enough that I just ordered another one, to attach to the first and get the length I need without really wrestling with it, pulling and stretching it. Had I known all this prior to buying it, I might not have bought it. But it's a drought right now and I've got plants dying, can't be worrying about details for the price of a hose. It wasn't that expensive. I'll give the review an update after using it for a bit. OK, update, after receiving 2nd hose and connecting the two. Now it reaches the 75' they advertise. It is a very good hose, lightweight, doesn't kink. But it does get caught on the slightest imperfection on concrete. And you can't pull it around a corner, you have to go back and walk it around a corner. So you have to basically set it up where you want to spray and then you're good. I still like it better than my old hose which kinked all the time and was very heavy. Nothing is perfect. Yet another update; I still really like this hose. Just some notes; after being stretched any number of times, eventually it is stretched and is longer, so maybe I didn't need that additional length of hose. It will not slide on concrete, the fabric snags on everything, so you can't just pull it along. You have to pick it up and move it. Not a big deal as it is very lightweight. Also, it fills with water, so when you turn the faucet off, the hose still has several gallons of water in it under pressure and you can continue to water plants until the pressure has died.

I don’t write reviews because I don’t get good results most issues. This company has one of the best warranty/easiest that I experienced. -Still need to care for your hose. I keep my hose stored out of the sun and fully drained after each use. Leaks/wear n tear happens. So what? I just shot an email with some photos and they were friendly with absolutely no feeling of guilt as a customer. ***be patience for your replaced one though and it’s all good(2 weeks roughly. They hold true and loyal to their warranty, customer service and ease. much Aloha!!!! It’s not the heaviest duty hose but sure helps when it’s functional as described and back friendly warranty and hassle FREE. LIFETIME. When did you last have a hassle free warranty experience?

I purchased a 100’ XpandaHose on Amazon in early 2024, and it worked great. Unfortunately, the hose developed a leak near the brass nozzle. Over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend this year, I sent an email, along with my receipt, a short video, and pictures, to J&B Merchandise LLC and advised them of the issue. John responded within an hour of receiving my email and told me he would send me a replacement hose. Within two weeks, I received the replacement hose. J&B customer service was excellent, and I highly recommend buying this product. I also appreciated J&B Merchandise standing behind its warranty.

I already reviewed this. Looks Great as Described and look forward to using it next spring.

Ultimately the best hose set up I’ve ever owned. Love the light weight making it easy to move around and the sprayer is perfect for the tasks

ME GUSTÓ LO PRÁCTICA QUE ES

Very light weight. Easy to use. I’ve had many in the past that leak after a few months. Too early to tell but it does have a life time warranty.
