They start off super sour, forcing you to focus on it, until it goes away after about a minute, then it's a regular candy, most of which are delicious. I keep a handful in my pocket at work to help wake me up when needed (I work the night shift).
Review: There is a warning on the wrapper omg - I bought a bunch of these 2 pounds to be honest. I figured these would be amazing I've looked for these in my convient stores but couldn't find them. I knew I would find these here. I remember eating these as a kid. My sister and I would try to fit a bunch in our mouths and try to stick it out. Kids these days just didn't like them. None of them. I couldn't understand these things were delicious. So I ate one. Amazing just like I remembered. So I ate more. About 20 or so later my mouth and tounge are freaking scorched to the state that everything I eat feels like sandpaper and lacks taste. My god. Unbeknownst to me there is a small warning lable printed INDIVIDUALLY on every wrapper telling you not to eat multiple candies in a session. Now I know, and I'm passing on the information to you here reading this.

**Q: Does it have any benefits?**
A: The benefit is that it distracts me from all my problems.

**Q: How do I get my money back? This candy is bitter, after the “sour” powder is gone there is no flavor. These are awful.**
A: If Amazon is not helping you with this, I would contact the candy company listed on the package.  Ours were great:  bitter sour on the outside and sweet on the inside.  Oh I like the taste but I also use them as prizes for extra credit work done by my middle school students.  They love them!

**Q: How much pieces does it have?**
A: Not sure, we didn’t count them but it seemed like every few pieces we had there was plastic in one. Definitely not worth it. I’ll never buy from them again

**Q: how many single candys come in a 2 pound bag?**
A: 1 big bag all loose
