For me, this product works just as well, if not better, than Seriphos. I have been taking two Seriphos each evening before dinner to help with my nighttime insomnia (I typically wake up between 2:00 am - 4:00 am and have broken sleep). Seriphos was a life-saver for me in terms of sleeping through the night. For me, Enerphos has been on par with what I came to expect from Seriphos. I still take it in the evening before dinner, but could probably take it a little later (it seems to kick in earlier for me - by the time I reach my bed, I'm ready to crash). I've noticed that I am a little groggy in the morning, but I can deal with that if it allows me to sleep through the night. Overall, I would recommend that others not be persuaded by the negative feedback and that they try Enerphos for themselves.
