Like childhood in a bowl
I needed this because my stomach and gut were in total rebellion. I knew that going back the the most basic of basic foods would help. Indeed it did but I was surprised at how good it felt to eat cream of rice with milk and honey. So delicious. I am in love all over again.

Having got back into serious training again after COVID hiatus this is recommended by one of my favourite You Tubers, just microwave and add vanilla protein and some quality 70% chocolate for the perfect meal, easy to digest and macro friendly.
