Fits well into the shirt!
Designed for a riding shirt, this back armor pad is lightweight and substantial. It fits well in the armor pouch inside the shirt for extra protection.

Fits in the Jacket
A little ridiculous you have to buy this separately it should just be a part of the jacket but I guess I wanted my mid spine protected so I bought it. Nice jacket though quality stuff.

basic protection
Not sure about the CE Level rating of this but even if it's on the bottom end of the protection level, some protection is better than none. this seems made well enough and fits in the Milwaukee denim riding shirt as it should since it is made for it. Barely detectable , if it all while wearing. I do think some further design effort could be made in both the shirt and spine pad to allow better airflow when wearing the shirt.

Fit the riding flannel shirt/coat I purchased earlier did not realize the shirt did not come with the back piece. Overall it looks okay for minimal protection of the spine in a slide hope I never find out! But the shipping was super fast to get it to me so THank You!

Works OK. I wish it would have been included with the jacket I ordered. The jacket came with the shoulder and elbow pads, but this armour was 'optional' and had to pay extra for it. It's a bit over-priced. I guess that's the 'deal'.
