I have been looking for an authentic Jamaican curry for quite a while and I think I just found it! I really love this in the classic Jamaican chicken curry lettuce wraps. This is the perfect level of medium spiciness, but if you desire hotter, it is easy to just add more. This was the exact flavor I was looking for and I will definitely purchase again.
