Analytics for Customer Insights: A Non-Technical Introduction

For the last few months I've been struggling to understand about modeling techniques and how to apply them to data to solve problems.This book has been great at opening my eyes to the techniques being used by the professionals - and most importantly, great a giving a number of examples so that I can assess how relevant they are to me.Data and KPIs are just useless without understanding what questions you are trying to answer, what decisions you need to make, and this book is just great at doing that.I'd strongly recommend this book to any business professionals out there who are struggling with numerous KPIs and reports to see how data should be used to help... rather than confuse.
