Excellent lock. Value for money.

The lock is good quality, well built, has tactile code buttons, is conveniently sized and looks decent too. I bought it for my backpack to use daily and with my gym locker temporarily. The code type function is much more suited to me than a key, which I think would be the case for many. Before buying please note- While the lock is well built, this isn't an extremely high quality, military grade type lock. It depends on your use. For under Rs. 400 this is good for daily use. It is not easy to tamper with for sure, but don't expect it to completely protect more valuable items in a locker type setting where you can leave it unsupervised. For something very secure, please look for more options. For general use, for luggage too mostly this should be fine. Also, go for the silver option as after a year's use and constant hitting the lock around , the paint chips off a little.

I needed a TSA lock for my suitcase that had a broken lock, and required a slim lock, and not a complicated one. This is perfect.

I travel often by long distance trains, These locks give you a sense of security for the chain / lock system for luggage, though I'd have wished the wire would've been a litte thicker. It's quite sturdy, but a small bolt-cutter can probably cut through it within seconds. It's super easy to use though. For the person making the locks, if possible, make the dials reflective. Some certain situations the numbers are hard to see.
