Got these in today and I just had to try them out! My joints are prone to over use injuries so I did not want to use the traditional tool. With this tool all I had to do was pull! The first pull did not tighten down good enough so I gave it another pull and oh what a beautiful sight! The wires wrap perfectly. I am doing two foundations one is pretty small (28×36) but the other one will be roughly 40x100. I might wear one out but I plan on keeping them clean and lubricated so I hope to avoid problems.

Worked great for about 15-20 ties each. Then the gears stripped out and didn’t work at all. Fortunately I had an old one that still worked and I was able to finish tying the rebar before the concrete truck arrived. Not even a little impressed.

Both easy to use , and worth every penny.

Worked great when tying rebar for a 3600 sq ft shop. Our kids could even work it. would buy in again.

Lasted a dozen pulls each then pulled right out of the casing.

These little devises are amazing!! However, they all break within 10 hrs or so of hard use. Buy several. They are the best time saving tool ever, and prices disposably.I would like to find a higher quality one to take to multiple job sites, but they don’t seem to exist. Someone should get on that!

Worked well at first and lasted maybe 50-60 ties, I took it apart to see why the spring and gear mechanism wasn’t working, found out the nut part is plastic and so are the teeth catch and the gear rod slips on its grooves, really no way to fix it, for a small project it’s good, for a construction company it’s crap

The media could not be loaded.  Used once and it failed. Save your money and get a quality product. I only needed it today so am out of my return window. They have a card in the item that gives 180 day satisfaction guarantee just use Amazon email. But I can't find how to email them. I'm sorry but if I can buy home made items I will pay the premium. I have had numerous issues with Chinese items and will do my best to not buy from that country in the future.
