Yes, Chipolo finders use Bluetooth to connect to the Chipolo app on your phone and to keep the finders connected to your phone, Bluetooth needs to be turned on all the time. If Bluetooth is turned off, you are not able to make your Chipolo ring.

What battery does the Chipolo CARD use?

Chipolo CARD uses a custom-made battery that cannot be replaced. The battery will last for over a year and when it runs out, you can replace the CARD with a 50% discount through our Renewal program & send your old one back for recycling, for free.

Can I also add Chipolo CARD to the Apple Find My app?

No. The Chipolo CARD works exclusively with the Chipolo app.
