Sturdy Fan, Pathetic Customer care
Fan looks sturdy. I had purchased white colour fan. The canopy cup of the fan is not holding tight so when fan is running the cup comes down. Had to put a tape around.Fan does decent job. Low or no noise at highest speed. Since my home ceiling is 10ft, the existing fan rod wasn't helping me in getting airflow. Hence had to purchase 1.5" rod from local shop and replaced while fitting. This made much difference in airflow reaching my sofa.Update after a week use - Fan stopped working. Called customer care number and they assigned technician but he never visited to fix. Even after a week still my fan is not working no one visited. Better to avoid this brand fan as their post sale service is pathetic!

Superb quality and look of fan and remote.
Quality of fan and remote is looking good.Colour contrast is good.After 11 months of use remote and fan not working.Luminous service is very worst. Now 2 months gone still problem is not resolved by them.

Some abnormal noise comes.
It worked perfect for 3 days and after that there is abnormal sound in all speed positions.

Awesome product in this range
I am more than happy. Fan is fantastic and most important part was that It was installed my Luminous care without charging any fee. I had thought to call local electrician but experimented with their customer care. Just call them of write on customer care email address and installation will be done.

Worst ever product t stating a noise in fan,
The media could not be loaded. Worst ever product and customer service I ever seen so far. I registered a comaint stating a noise in fan, 3 months Co.eted still no proper response. Added the noise of the fan... Amazon has to take action or responsibility and get me refund from them as I purchase it through Amazon.
