A decent book for someone starting on studying for GMAT, go through all the chapters thoroughly even if you think you know the topic it is good to revise.

As name suggests, this book covers only basic mathematics, but still topics like statistics, permutations and combinations, probability etc are not available.Please don't rely on it solely, do practice some good GMAT level questions.
