Not all USB Type C cables support USB 3.0 speeds, but I can confirm that these ones do support USB 3.0 as claimed. I tested them by connecting my phone to my computer--which both support USB 3.0--and I verified that the negotiated USB version was 3.0. The cable is a nice thickness without being overly rigid, and flexing it does not break the connection. At the time that I purchased them, they were also the cheapest 1-meter USB Type C 3.0 cable on Amazon.
