Fits the phone great and provides adequate protection.

I drop my phone regular. This simple case has protected my phones over and over again for years. Getting ready to upgrade phones soon and hoping the symmetry model will be available for whatever gen I buy next.

Purchased the Moonwalk on June 2022 and hadn’t had any problem since. It has protected my phone after dropping it multiple times. Never even had an issue taking case out to clean my phone several times. The only reason why I’m purchasing a new one is that the bottom part has now loosened and bowing out.

4 stars. Works great but I thought it was going to be more see through but it is not. It fits and works great as it should but it should have gotten a clear case.

Buttons are a little stiff to press on power side but case is good

The case itself is a nice sturdy case. I feel it to be very tight for my phone (iPhone 12 Max Pro). I can barely put my phone in or take it out. It definitely needs a lot of work. The buttons are really hard to press which makes this case a no go for me. That’s why the 1 star. Being nice and sturdy doesn’t help much if I can’t make good use of my side buttons.

I purchased this Otterbox because it was so sturdy. I’ve had them in the past. I have three major complaints about it: 1) my phone won’t charge when you try to lay it on a charger like the ones in the new cars; 2) the case is so thick on the side that I can hardly push the button on the right side of the phone as you are facing it. I have to use my fingernail. 3) this case is extremely difficult to get on and off. That said, I will keep it until it looks too grungy to use any more simply because it is so sturdy. I would not buy another one.

I received my case with scratches already on the case, fingerprints, damage to the charging port area of the case and the case was so curved it didn’t even fit on my phone. Clearly selling used cases as new ones, my case was scratched up as if it’s been used for months already. Absolutely disappointed in this purchase thankfully otter box is gonna send me a new case free of charge, I’m throwing this curved, previously owned, scratched up case in the garbage!

Gave this product 2 stars because I love the way it looks and feels. Buyer BEWARE - it is honestly IMPOSSIBLE to remove. I have been trying for over an hour - watched tutorials/read removal instructions already - and nothing. I almost ripped a nail trying to take it off. I honestly think I will have to cut it open. I am scared to damage my phone. I have NEVER had a case this tough to remove. Terrible situation to be in - and I'm a pretty strong guy, so I was shocked how tough it is to remove.Good looking/firm case, just beware.

Easy enough to put on, which means it's not coming off in a hurry. Excellent otterbox protection and premium product. Ridiculously overpriced.3 stars because it's a huge rip off, for a phone case.
