It works great. But, this one is not diluted. You must dilute by a 70% to 30% water. Make sure where you are applying is absolutely clean of all dirt or even soap residue. Let dry before dressing.

I bought this to clear up floaters in my eyes but was afraid to use it after spilling some on a table and it removed the finish.In June my dog bit my arm real bad so after I got the stitches out I decided to try the DMSO to see if it would help with the scaring. I diluted it with 50% purified water and applied it twice a day on non-stick gauze. I’m very pleased with the results. I’m sending a picture of when it first happened on June 25, 2025 and now 1 month later on July 27, 2025. I’m 78 years old so my skin was very hard tos stitch because it is so thin. I’m still applying a DMSO cream now and will continue for at least another month. Be sure to research the use before using.

excellent for pain

I burned my arm and ordered this right away. I received it the next morning and mixed 50/50 with distilled water. The blister immediately flattened and the burn no longer hurt. It lightened in color. I did not use it consistently as I had planned but used it again about a week later over the scab and a day later it was almost not even visible. This stuff is amazing. Will be trying for other uses!

Arrived frozen with the lid broken. I don’t think the DMSO leaked out so I don’t need a refund or anything just letting you know for the future.

I wish I found this earlier in my life. Fantastic product. Doesn't come with directions so watch a video on youtube on how to dilute it.

I bought this for joint pain but when it got it it appears it is an industrial solvent and is not medical grade so likely has other impurities which it will be easily absorbed by you skin. It also has an impossibly short return window of a few hours.
