For the $ I paid less than $20 this is an awesome, sharp, nice weight knife! Super easy to hold, use…brilliant! I’d buy again & again….if I need other gifts, knives, I will look to this company first foremost….I don’t expect any problems sharpening it but would always update if there’s a failure! Great Buy!

I've been a chef for a few years and this knife has been unwavering. It holds up under both high-frequency performance and doesn't readily dull after periods of disuse. It sharpens easily and is far and away my favorite knife. It's a good size for my relatively small hands. The handle is wonderful for long-term prepping. The knife is obviously beautiful as well.If I hade two caveats, it would be that this knife rusts and chips. Not a great deal and not quickly but after three years I have observed rust developing on the blade and handle. And the blade is prone to minor chips over time. Nothing that prevents me from using the knife but still somewhat disappointing. Good value for the price, though.

I bought the bundle of 2 knives. They are very sharp, easy to grip with my small hands, and are not heavy which makes chopping a breeze. I love my purchase.

Vegetables don't cling to the knife, and it easily slices through anything soft like onions and squash or harder things like butternut. Watch out that you don't cut yourself, as this knife is VERY sharp.

This knife stayed sharp for a really long time before needing a sharpening. Very durable and no dents even after heavy duty use.

I have both the Santoku and Nakiri. These are great if you need to grab a knife quickly and then throw it in the dishwasher (my higher quality knives are not dishwasher safe, so I save those for actual cooking / meal prep). The handle is hollow, so center of balance is a bit more forward than is ideal. Edge comes razor sharp from the factory, although it is on the thinner side so be sure to hone often. Overall 5/5 in terms of value for money.

I used this knife for a while before posting these comments. My whole family reach for this knife when they cook. We don't use the other knives we have anymore because this one has stayed sharper with use, and its smooth design is easy to clean. Food residues don't get stuck in crevices. It is light-weight and there are no uncomfortable corners where it is held. The grip is comfortable and is not slippery. I was worried it would be too thin but it is strong and has not been any problem at all for our purposes. We haven't used it to cut though hard squash, but it works very well for cutting tomatoes, celery, carrots, peppers, potatoes, etc.... The price was so affordable! The design is perfect and it looks super nice! Wow!
