A local restaurant has a "secret sauce" that no matter how many times I asked, no one could or wanted to tell me what it was. I tried all sorts of store-bought premade sauces, tried making homemade sauces and none tasted similar. I kind of thought it was SW sauce, so I purchased a premade one from the local grocery and it didn't taste like it at all. Then we had a delivered dinner meal thing, and you had to make a sauce. It came with the spice packet which read "southwest seasoning". After making it, I was blown away when it tasted exactly like the sauce from the restaurant. I immediately jumped on Amazon and purchased this, hoping it would taste the same, also not paying any attention to the size. Its larger than anticipated and that was great. Taste is delicious and we use it for quite a few things now like as a dipping sauce or for burgers, wraps etc.

Favorite seasoning for steak so it lasts a good while before I have to buy another so the huge size it perfect for the price. Tastes so good my mom always used this growing up and it's hard to find in stores.

This is a quick acting meat tenderizer with seasoning for steaks. It works quickly and has a great flavor. Just sprinkle onto the meat, 1 teaspoon per pound, and then cook. No need to wait although the meat is slightly more tender is allowed to sit on thicker steaks for 30 minutes or so. Stab the meat with a fork to let the tenderizer soak in. Easy as can be and quick!It already contains salt so do not add additional salt to the meat. A little bit of the tenderizer goes a long way. Especially useful for the tougher less expensive meats but I also use on rib-eyes and NY strip steaks.

Good tasting seasoning and does tenderize meat pretty well.

It’s a completely different taste in the recipe that I love. I find it great for chili too. It’s spicy but not hot. It comes in a large container to last.

The amount of flavor this gives when using it as a rub or a marinade, mixed with Italian dressing is amazing.

You never know when you buy spices on line wether they are fresh but very ordered many spices off of Amazon and they are always great quality
