I got a couple of clips like this several years ago at a trade show that had a company's name on them. They were great and over the years, I lost one and broke one. I have been searching and searching for these for a while. I was so excited when I found them on Amazon. I use these clips for a lot things. These are the best clips. They are heavy duty and the magnet is very strong. They don't break easily like others. I've dropped them a couple of times and they are always fine. I use these as chip clips and they are perfect for that. I also use them on the refrigerator to hold papers. They may seem a little expensive, but compared to the numerous flimsy ones I've purchased that have broken, they are a steal since they last forever. Also, I actually purchased these and didn't get them free for a review, so I have nothing to gain by giving this review, other than saving people a lot of frustration with inferior clips.

They work well apart from the magnet falling out of all of them (sometimes when dropped, but as often just pulls out when attached). magnets really needed to be glued in.

Strong clip and strong magnet.

Really nice clips, they are big enough to get a hold of, and I keep them on my refrigerator thanks to the magnetic on the back.They make great chip clips, bread clips, or just whatever I need clipped. The reason for the 4 stars is one of them came in without the magnet. Luckily It was in the bag and I got some glue and took care of it.

Glad I found this clip. It is multipurpose and I love it ! Price is great and love how I can order online.

The magnet on this thing is so weak, it wouldn't even hold a 4.6-ounce oven mitt on the side of my fridge. Slid right off! Still looking for a replacement for the 5-year-old magnetic clip I'd been using that broke...

these clips are very good looking and nice to hang on refrigerator, however the plastic hinge breaks easily. Five of 10 broke in two years.

One of them is very weak, but the rest are nice and strong enough to stay in place on the metal-laminate side of the fridge. We use them for chip clips, so not sure how they'd hold up to holding things on the fridge, but they are great for what I need them for... except that one that keeps sliding down. Not sure why it's weaker than the others.

These multi purpose Magnetic Clips proved to be a reasonable buy.They have a rubberised finger grip and a translucent area which holds the paper or pages if you are using them on a book to keep your book open at specific pages, which is mypreferred method.They measure approximately 5 cm by 7.8 cm or 2 inches by 3 inches. The magnet on the backwas not that strong and with 5 pages of A4 paper in the clip I found that they slide down themetal surface they are applied to. Perhaps a little pricey considering that the magnetic areais not very strong.Apart from that they are OK.Edited on 28/06/2017Since using these clips I have found that two of the magnets have fallen off the back oftwo clips and had to glue them back on again.

SEEM STRONG AND ROBUST BUT TIME WILL TELL. ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY AND NOW IN USE.

Nice looking product but the magnet isn't very strong. Put 1 sheet of paper in the clip and it slid down the board!
