IguanaMean Green Jalapeno Pepper Sauce, 5 oz bottle

There's an outdoor taco stand in Satellite Beach, Florida called Da Kine Diego's. They have the most Insane Burritos and Tacos, period. At the pick-up window is a variety of hot sauces, mostly Iguana brand. I've traveled the world and tasted all kinds of sauces. When I retired and left Florida for the Great White North, I brought those same Iguana sauces with me, including the Mean Green Jalapeno. It's that good, and this one's just plain awesome on omelettes, breakfast eggs and bacon, burritos, tacos, you name it! Their sauces have varying degrees of heat, but more importantly, an excellent amount of flavor from the multiple ingredients on the label. Do yourself a favor, try a bottle! (And go try Da Kine Diego's, too!)

Anyway, I am a heat freak. My wife likes sweets, I love spicy. I was at a restaurant in the mountains and was putting this on my food. I am very particular about my hot sauces. I can not stand vinegar. That is the 1st or second ingredient in a lot of hot sauces. Not this one, it's the eighth. So, I ordered four bottles (different flavors) right there in the restaurant. Very tasty. Highly recommend any of their sauces

I discovered this hot sauce about 30 years ago when I was down in Costa Rica. I fell in love with it then and I still love it just as much today. In fact, I remember meeting the owner of the company way back when it was a brand new product from a very small company. If I recall correctly, he owned a restaurant I was only selling it to his customers that requested it... It's nice to see that the company has expanded because it used to be really hard to get. Perfect hot sauce for every day use. Highly recommended.

Nice tasting green pepper sauce. Not a vinegar aftertaste like some. Another quality product made in Costa Rica. Have purchased several of the Iguana sauces, all consistently great flavors. I'm hooked! Having this green jalapeno with roasted pork and Mexican rice tonight for dinner. Yummy stuff, not to hot! Just right for a mean green

Arrived quickly. This is the best hot sauce & hard to find where I am. Glad I was able to locate it on line! Great flavor and worth trying if your considering it.

My taste buds have never been happier since discovering Iguana Mean Green Jalapeno Pepper Sauce. It all began one cold, snowy day when we stopped at the local Cafe Rio for lunch. As per usual, I went to retrieve the green Tabasco sauce to add to my steak burrito, but the Iguana caught my eye. On a whim, I decided to try it. I was an instant convert! However, Cafe Rio didn't usually keep the Iguana Jalapeno sauce stocked, and I turned to Amazon. My life will never be the same!!!

We love this hot sauce, especially on scrambled eggs!
