Great pair of insoles, I’ve tried many insoles including name-brand ones, gel insoles, foam insoles and more but these have been the most comfortable and most supportive. They have good arch support which helps to maintain correct foot posture and prevents flat feet & over-pronation which means you don’t get any plantar fasciitis, arch pain or metatarsal pain. They are thick and durable but have good flex and for the money I really think they are good value. Size-wise I bought UK size 10 and they fit perfectly in most size 10-11 shoes and work boots, they don’t slip around or fold over at all but are still easily taken out to put into different shoes.

They are really well shaped to lift the heel. There's also a little ball for the inner part of the arch which I wasn't sure about at first, but I got used to quickly during the day, and got to like it. The relief was almost immediate. After walking all day yesterday without them and nearly being unable to walk this morning, I've just walked around town and was in no serious discomfort at all, despite being in the same boots as yesterday but having just added these instead of the original insoles. I've just bought two more pairs for my other shoes, I was so impressed. Time will tell how long they last, but I'm hopeful. Update a month later: these are so good I've even got them in my slippers now. Instant morning relief.

Had these a couple months now. Their comfortable, however I find them uncomfy after 3 plus hours but my plantar is particularly bad in one foot, they do help more than not having them. Give them a try if your plantar isn't too bad or need to realine your foot position. My left foot rolls quite badly inward so I think for me, a podiatrist made arch support is the way to go. I do think that these come in various heights of arch support too. Over all, their better than nothing, seems a negative review but try them, each of us has unique plantar & foot issues. They fit my shoes great, with some slight trimming. Good value for money compared to Boots ect.

I have been wearing them for entire work weeks for over half a year now and they are still going strong with no signs of falling apart. Worth the price even without needing them for plantar fasciitis.

These support insoles are quite firm and rigid. It takes a while for feet to adjust. Overall I think they support my feet well but on the downside they make my socks and shoes sweaty. 😔

I absolutely love these insoles. I bought them because my feet had been aching for weeks and the heel pain was getting ridiculous. These have helped so much. The arch support is firm but comfortable and they fit neatly into my shoes without feeling bulky. From the first day I could feel the difference. Walking felt easier and the sharp heel pain eased almost straight away. They give a nice bit of cushioning without making you feel wobbly and they have held their shape really well. The size was spot on and the green colour makes them easy to spot when I am swapping them between shoes. They are comfortable for long days on my feet and they do not rub or slip. I accidentally bought size 40/41, my feet size is 42 but Adidas shoes are usually smaller. So that even this one fits very well. The most important point is its solidity, this is a firm insole. It supports arch very well, I have tested by walking 10K steps in before I had some pain after some steps but this supports my feet very well and I am not feeling the pain anymore.

Très bon produit lors de la présence d’une épine calcanéenne. Matériau souple pour le confirt mais assez rigide pour la tenue de la voûte. Il paraît que la tenue dans le temps est bonne (dixit mon kiné). Attention que l’épaisseur est plus importante que les semelles présentes dans les chaussures. Certaines paires n’acceptent pas la semelle, dans d’autres je déchausse plus facilement. Conseil : mesurer la taille de la semelle présente dans votre chaussure pour choisir la taille en cm et pas en pointure de pied

Sufro de fascitis plantar y quien lo tenga sabe que lo peor es el dolor al final del día. Con estas plantillas he notado un cambio brutal; llego a casa con los pies mucho menos cargados y sin ese pinchazo constante en el talón. El soporte del arco es firme pero cómodo y la absorción de impactos se nota en cada paso. Si pasas muchas horas de pie, valen cada euro. Totalmente recomendadas.
