I’m a DYS home owner, and I’m extremely happy with these lights. They were compatible with the Home Depot low voltage transformer. I originally only used a couple flood lights to illuminate the palms but felt that something was missing. Then I ordered these lights and the result was amazing. I’m getting lots of complements from my neighbors and even my wife.

I installed them on existing paver steps, so I removed the stainless plates and simply used silicone adhesive to hold them up under each step. Obviously would be cleaner if set in during paver install. Overall, very happy with brightness and the colors! Would totally buy again!

Im a Landscaoer and install low voltage lighting constantly. This product looked kinda cool, so gave it a try.I dont need to answer connections questions... its what I do for a living. The connectors they sent were for splicing wires. I use Sunvies low voltage connectors. (love them). So installed them like I do with any other low voltage light... I checked everything. Best transformer around. Hooked up to sub standard crap. These lights simple blink... the remote has no control over them.DO NOT buy them.... absolute garbage.

I had similar paver lights from another manufacturer (also via Amazon) imbedded over the risers of my entry steps. The original install did not provide provisions for future replacements. At three years, 7 of the 8 lights blew out after a thunder/electrical storm blew though one evening.I purchased these as replacements for three primary reasons; 1) the three size options 2) the ability to replace the light ONLY and 3) the seller/manufacturer is SUPER responsive and customer focused. I am very pleased with the apparent quality of the lights, the overall outcome of my project and in knowing future replacements can be performed while leaving the mount (and my pavers) intact. Will definitely purchase again!

This hardscape light is ok for the price.I use these as the light source for some of the outdoor lights I make for my house to light the dark sides. Usually, I use the hardscape lights from Volt Electric because of the quality. However, the Volt lights cost 2X more than these, but they are 5X the quality. I decided to test one of these to see how it compared for the price.The lead wire on this light is 18/2, which is a little light for an outdoor light. It's 5 feet long. The lead wire on the Volt light is 16/2 and is 25 feet long.This light has an aluminum body. The seal on the diodes is ok, but not great. It may breakdown over time. If moisture gets underneath it, that will reduce the life expectancy significantly. I would only use this light in protected places with low exposure. The seal on the Volt light is far superior, and the body is solid brass.The light output and color temperature matches the Volt version very well, which is why I bought this one. At 5 feet apart it's hard to tell the difference in the light output. The lights are 12 inches above the ground.The question is how long will each one last. LED lights generally fail long before the diodes quit producing light, so the hour rating is meaningless. The circuit boards usually die before the diodes.This light is listed as having a 5 year warranty. I'm gong to save the receipt, and if it fails prior to 5 years, I'll try to find the company to have it replaced. If this light actually lasts 5 years or more, that will be a big win.I'll update my review when I know more.Update: June 2022 These have been going strong for 18 months with no problems. They lived through 100 degree plus heat, heavy snow and brutal freezing temperatures.

Excellent product, easy to install and wire for those that are knowledgeable of simple or complex electrical wiring for landscape lighting.

I have a big yard with two very long, decorative retaining walls, these were an easy install. I just popped the top caps and screwed these down with two screws using concrete screws after i pre-drilled pilot holes. Thy look so good I am getting more to put on concrete stairs down from a raised deck.

These lights have not disappointed so far. They were a quarter of the price of the lights the neighbour picked up at the local landscaping store and of comparable quality. Let’s see how they do in the long run. Very happy so far.

It works as described (and desired). The supply cable is pretty long (I did not need that much, but it is easy to cut or wrap). One note - the mounting bracket has pretty sharp edges, be careful when handling it. However, after mounting it it does not matter.About durability - we'll see. It is in an almost protected spot, so I do not expect any surprises (fingers crossed).About the wire - the current needed is about 0.25 Amps - therefore 18 gauge is more than enough.

Not perfect quality but I'd buy again. Good for the price, came with water proof wire connectors.

Our deck contractor recommended these as a reasonably priced solution to stair lighting for our new deck. He installed them so I can't speak to the ease of installation but I can say that they look phenominal. The really highlight the stairs with just the right brightness. I absolutely love the look!
