Whitmor 6023-7443 Over The Door Drying Rack

Q: Is this rack rust resistant, I bought the chrome one last year and it is completely rusted.

I believe it is. I have had no problems at all and I do use it constantly. I have not found anything that is sub-standard about this rack, I really love it! Good Luck!

Q: Can this rack hold a standard size beach towel on an individual rung?\? Width of 35 inches?

this rack is 25.5 inches across/wide and 39 inches tall....from the top level. so no, it will not hold a standard beach towel without being all rumply. i can't get my standard bath towel to lay flat; its a bit rumply on both ends in order to fit, but i live in a pretty dry climate so i all of our clothes and towels dry quickly.

Q: How do I unlock it to fold it flat?

The cross bars on the end of the top have a hinge on one end and a notch on the other end. To fold it flat, just lift up on the top crossbars to un-notch them and it will fold right up. Good luck!
