Love Nest products. My complaint is with the sender. The recipient shared the gift was just dropped into a shipping box and the jostling in route caused the diffuser package the start leaking. Sloppy care of products.

Poor Packaging, Damaged
While the scent is beautiful, the product arrived completely shattered, oil everywhere, cracked and unusable. I love NEST products, but this was a horrible experience. The item was not shipped in appropriate packaging for the fragile product.
