So we bought a fancy pizza oven a moth ago. it has been a bit of a disaster trying to get freshly made pizzas from the side where they have been prepared, onto a peel and into the oven. Last week things came to a head and my other half just couldn't do it. He'd had a few beers which didnt help the situation, but this is likely to always be the case when we have pizzas in the garden. In a desperate effort to salvage something to eat I googled the problem discovered using baking parchment under the pizza dough may be the answer. Luckily I had a roll in, so we were able to eat without killing each other. My pizza was still a mess as he'd been trying for half an hour to get it onto the peel and into the oven, but his was perfect as we use the parchment, placing his down on it after I had rolled it out. Only remaining issue at this point was that any extra parchment burns in the oven. So I came to trusty amazon to see if I could find round pizza sized parchments, and I discovered and ordered these. I decided on the 9 inch over the 12 as I felt slightly too small was better than too big due to the burning issue. They are brilliant, and have totally transformed our home pizza making experience. Last night I made two pizzas and had them ready for the oven before it was even up to heat. We didnt fall out or go to bed not speaking. I honestly think if we hadn't found these we would have ended up selling the oven. All pizza ovens should come with a few included and instructions to use them. I'm sure that some people give up without making this discovery. I know a few people with ovens who have given up on them and now I know why, but that this disks totally overcome the issue.

Perfect for lining cake tins and so much more convenient than having to cut out circles from parchment. With these, just have to take one out and fling it in. Totally non stick and excellent quality!

These are great, exactly what I needed. Saves time and wastage cutting circles from baking paper and my cakes come out of the Victoria sandwich tins perfectly. Good value, lots of them, really good purchase.

Good parchment paper ... I like it. It's also really convenient when making round cakes. I mean, it's not hard to cut a circle out of regular rectangular parchment paper, but I end up throwing away some bits. There is no waste when using pre-cut parchment. I'd buy this brand again.
