Of course it doesn’t taste like sugar! Stevia has a different flavor than sugar. Is it bad? No. Is it different than sugar? Yes. Sugar has its own flavor, which would seem weird to us if we started out with Stevia and were switching to sugar. But don’t let the flavor variance phase you, as it takes time to get used to it. What I’d recommend from personal experience, is don’t aim for ‘very sweet’, aim for ‘slightly sweet’ and as you get accustomed to the flavor, adjust accordingly.As far as Stevia products go, this is the best I’ve tried, both in purity and flavor - which is a vast improvement over the mixed/blended products out there in my opinion. It’s a little messy until you get used to dealing with it (very much like powdered sugar in consistency). The scoop is the best way to dole it out, in my opinion, but I’d really like a longer handle and a place to store it that isn’t inside the container. Finding the scoop and getting it out is a messy proposition that wastes product and there is no external means of attaching the scoop so that it doesn’t wander away. My solution for this was to tape it to the outside of the container with a section in the center of the tape where I covered the adhesive (creating a simple loop that holds the scoop securely). The sprinkle top is just ok, it’s still messy but now it’s harder to tell how much you are using - this is because of how fine the product is and the fact that you can’t see every particle that lands in your food or drink (not to mention how much becomes airborne while employing this method - if breathing in sweet air is your goal, this is an excellent method to use). The other item to note is that this product has a tendency to clump-up when used. Plan to break it up with a spoon while you mix, especially if the food or drink is cold. Other brands have ‘solved’ this problem by adding silicone. I’ll let you decide if that’s the solution for you.Excellent product…wish it was less expensive…but I’m cheap and that’s a problem I struggle with. Still…it’s worth the money, even for me. I’d highly recommend trying this out.

I was one of those people whose stomach churned at the smell of Stevia in foods. I'd definitely had some bad experiences eating it before. Turns out less is more. With this product, I put the tiniest scoop and instantly my large bowl of fat-free plain greek yogurt tastes like vanilla yogurt without the vanilla flavor, so just sweetened. It's great! Definitely follow the instructions on the container, please don't think you know better and use too much. With sugar, the more you add the sweeter the food gets. Hell you can eat sugar straight, as candy. Stevia at the tiniest amounts makes large volumes of food sweet but add too much and it quickly turns bitter-licorice haunting-taste. So respect it.I recommend this product. I am a muscle-y health-nut who controls his daily calories and eats many protein rich and sometimes boring foods. This stevia trick is a keeper.

Great tasting, great product& long lasting.. The SPOON IS IRRITATING. Yes I'm looking to replace this product in my cupboard if the spoon is not up graded. Tired of getting Stevia all over my fingers trying to pry the spoon out of the bottle because the product is low& spoon can't be reached. No it's not the biggest problem in the world..Just IRRITATING. You have a great product..Come up with a better design.. I'm begging you. I've purchase enough to pay for the effort..please?!

This is pure stevia extract with no fillers and it is really good. For my 16 oz insulated mug I only need to use about 1/2 of the micro spoon that is provided to get the sweetness I prefer.The only negative thing I can say is that it is messy. I clean more off the table than I put in my mug. Also, as I am reaching lower in the bottle it is becoming more difficult to spoon it out and leaving more on the table. I have learned to hold the bottle over my mug as I open it, and often what falls off the threads of the cap is enough for my coffee.It wish the manufacturer would provide it in a shorter bottle with a wider mouth. That might reduce the waste that ends up on the table.Overall I would recommend this brand to anyone who is not happy with the brand they are currently using.

I love how it taste and it doesn’t affect my blood sugars at all even the bottle is small but it goes a long way and the price is a good price don’t mind paying what is worth for my health. I been using now for a year with no regrets and use it in all my drinks coffee,tea and even use on my pancakes I do not use syrup at all a little sprinkle of this stevia and walla it taste awesome. Thank you !

Terrible! I’ve had stevia products before. I’ve even grown the plant in my garden. This product is BITTER - as if the product has gone RANCID!I tried cooking with it twice, only a small amount, and both items wound up VERY nasty and bitter. It wasn’t sweet. It was absolutely nauseatingly nasty.I threw the cooking away and test tasted a bit of powder directly from the bottle, in case a different ingredient was “off”.Immediately my mouth was filled with the taste of what smells like weed killer.This is really too bad.Stevia is NOT supposed to taste like this at all!
