I ordered the orange first and it was way to lightweight. I sent it back for this one. I dare say it is NOT extra heavy resistance though, it will do for what I need, but I DO think the company has their resistance levels way off. I have use many other brands, so I am not a newbie to them by any means. I would call this medium at best.

In the product features, it states: “Resistance bands in 50 yd. rolls store well, dispense easily…” I assume that the band would come in the box as shown in the picture and as described where the band is dispense from the top of the box. As you can see by what I received in the pictures, that is not the case. The 50 yards of band are in a plastic bag. So much for truth in advertising. I have used this specific band for years and right product was shipped, so I am partially satisfied. But it did not arrive in the state that I would have preferred.

Roll of medium-weight bands is a good width and is strong enough to provide resistance for students who need to keep feet and legs active in order to concentrate in class. Lengths of the material may be tied to desk chair legs as kick bands to provide movement without noise that might distract others.

sent it back, way too light in resistance. very thin.

Love this band. Sometimes with theraband green is too hard red is too easy. This orange is pretty and easy to find and just the right tension.
