Hi the product works great but unfortunetly it only lasts this summer for fishing the chrome bearing bolt in the ens went loose I tried to put a new one on the treads are bad is no longer good so invest another $100 or what not on a American reel insteed that's my thout check out my insta for my kayak fishing carrillo.est.83

Nice reel for inshore and catfishing.
Wish the level wind was a little tighter, for the life of me, can't figure out how. For the money, seem hard to beat.

PURE JUNK DONT BUY
PUT THE ROD IN THE ROD HOLDER TOOK OFF ACROSS THE BAY HEARD A LOUD CLANGING NOISE. ILOOKED ON THE DECK. THE HANDLE FROM THE REEL HAD FALLEN OFF . I FOUND THE SCREW THAT HEALD IT ON AND THE THREADS WERE ALL CHEWED UP. IT CAME THAT WAY FROM THE FACTORY. PURE GARBAGE. AMAZON WAS AWESOME THOUGH I GOT A FULL REFUND. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON CHEAP TUFF SPEND THE EXTRA $$$$ AND GET A OKUMA, SHIMANO, OR DAIWA....STAY AWAY FROM THE LOW END PENN REELS AS WELLHAD 2 OF THEM WITH CHEWED UP GEARS HAD BARELEY BEEN USED,

Better options available
Bought this reel this past summer. Used it a few times striper fishing. Caught a few good size striper off the NJ coast. Last weekend went back out and the rod due I'm assuming from salt has all but become useless. Skipping as you reel and the struggling to hold the drag. for the money spent there are better options out there. (Yes the rods and reels get rinsed after use and other reels purchased before or at the same time are holding up just fine with the similar use)

Yes I like the real very much and had great service. But the part I don’t like is Amazon saying over and over review your item. Hey you’re not paying me you don’t give me deals you don’t even help when something doesn’t get to its destination.
